I'm not sure what size to choose?

This size chart offers a general sizing guideline for our products. However, specific style measurements can be found on the sizing chart at the bottom right of each item page in our webstore.

How should I care for my Lily Lotus garments?

All of our garments are machine washable on a hand wash or cold water cycle. Air drying flat or low tumble is the best method to preserve the integrity of the fabric. Our signature rhinestone and stud embellishments are all washer and dryer safe and will not fall off when give proper care. Due to the texture of our embellishments we do recommend turning the garment inside out when placing in your washer and dryer so as not to rub on other garment fabrics during tumble cycles.

How does delivery and shipping work?

We will process your order as quickly as possible. Turn around time for in-stock orders is approximately 2-5 business days. If an item is back ordered or out of stock you will be notified immediately via email or phone.
Please note: if you order multiple items and one or more of the items is on backorder, your order will not be shipped until it is complete.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, which can take 2-5 weekdays to arrive. First item $5, every additional item $2. Free US shipping for orders over $100. If you need an order rushed, please contact info@lilylotus.com, additional charges may apply. Shipping and handling fees, as well as Hawaii state sales tax, are calculated upon checkout. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS Ground to insure proper insurance and tracking, which can take between 4-7 business days. International orders are shipped via USPS International flat rate envelopes starting at $13, flat rate boxes accomodating several items are $23 and up, please email or call to inquire about international fees for larger orders.

Can you tell me about payments and privacy?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through our secured shopping cart. We do not sell, distribute or share customer information under any circumstances.

What if I want to return an item?

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason and would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to secure a return authorization. You may notify us via telephone at 808-428-0833 or via email at info@lilylotus.com to request a return authorization. Return authorizations are required with all returns. Once a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of authorization. The items must be returned unworn and in original condition with all accompanying tags attached. Items that appear to have been worn, washed, damaged or are sent without a return authorization are not eligible for credit or exchange and will be returned to the sender. Once received, if the item is approved for return, a credit and/or exchange will be issued within 2-3 business days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns on sale items or jewelry.
